Psychotherapy
Therapy is an opportunity to have a dedicated space that is focused solely on you, and is guided by your goals and needs. With warmth and flexibility, we will work together to make this weekly time fruitful and supportive for you! We can meet virtually or in person at Studio 34, located at 4522 Baltimore Avenue in West Philadelphia. My psychotherapy services are available only for Pennsylvania residents.
EMDR
EMDR, which stands for "Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing," is a structured therapy that has been shown to bring transformation and relief to those who are feeling stuck in painful memories and other thought patterns. You can learn more about EMDR here.
Clinical Supervision
I provide reflective supervision and find great meaning in supporting newer clinicians as they find their voice and develop self-trust. I have experience working with a wide variety of diagnoses and presentations, in non-profit as well as healthcare settings and can use that experience to provide scaffolding and guidance for you. I am here to support you as you develop your clinical style and instincts, and navigate the dilemmas that inevitably arise in clinical work.
Therapeutic Groups
I absolutely love group work, and have facilitated powerful therapeutic groups in many contexts. I have led support groups, goal-focused groups, and process-oriented groups. I will post future group offerings here. If you are looking for a specific type of therapeutic group, send me an email and let me know!
Facilitation, Consultation, and Workshops
I am an experienced and skilled facilitator. I have helped groups to work through complex and difficult processes, from navigating conflict to building group trust and improving communication. I am available to provide meaningful support with group processes for your team or organization, as well as to facilitate workshops and nurture your ongoing growth and development as a team.
Fees
50-minute individual therapy sessions cost $150. I do not take insurance; however, I am able to provide a superbill for you to present to your insurance company for reimbursement if they provide out-of-network coverage. You can find out if you have out-of-network coverage, and how much of my fee would be reimbursable, by contacting your insurance provider. I am happy to support you with this process as needed!
My hourly fee for clinical supervision sessions is $100.
